  • club membership for independent practice.

Even in group classes, we maintain a personalized approach: monthly programs are created based on the goals and needs of all participants.

Our mission is to create a supportive environment where everyone can unlock their potential at their own pace, strengthen their body, and take care of their mental well-being.

Class types

Exotic pole dance

A dance style performed on the pole wearing high heels. It is often associated with femininity and sensuality, but exotic is not limited to that. Today, this style has evolved significantly: it can be lyrical, aggressive, and also incorporate various other styles such as vogue, hip-hop, jazz, and more. Great attention is given to fluidity, accents, floorwork, and artistic expression.

Pole tricks

This style focuses on performing acrobatic elements and combinations on the pole. It develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical fitness. The emphasis is on the quality of trick execution and physical endurance.

Contemporary pole dance

Performed without heels. In this style, movements are often smooth, emotional, and personal, but can also be dynamic and even “animal-like” (in the style of animal flow). This style is perfect for “dancing out emotions” and expressing inner states through the body and the pole.

Stretching

A practice that gently develops the body’s overall flexibility and mobility. In class we combine soft static and active techniques, breathing work, and safe progressions to gradually increase range of motion without pain or strain. Stretching relieves muscle tension, improves posture, and speeds up recovery after pole training, making lines cleaner and movements freer.
