Service Description

Closed groups are one of the main formats at em.pole.riga. We choose this format as a primary one because it is one of the most effective ways to help clients achieve their goals. The group program is created monthly, taking into account the interests and goals of all participants, and each class lasts 75 minutes. This way, everyone gets exactly what they came for, while also developing in a well-rounded way thanks to the variety of group requests. At the end of each month, we track and record results to make progress visible. If you miss a class, you can attend it in another group where there’s a free spot. Lesson formats & prices: 1x per week — €110/month (4–5 classes) 2x per week — €220/month (8–10 classes) 3x per week — €275/month (12–15 classes)
